Today was fun as Dad and I spent almost the whole of the day together in Nanimo shopping for his new Dry Steam Vac Business. Starting at Woodgrove Mall we hunted for shoes and a couple of long sleeve shirts for and after getting him a bunch of micro-fiber towels. Staples, Superstore and Planet Clean were our next stops to get printer, food, and a UV light that wasn't there. Walmart for paper and Naked Naturals for more food and some homeopathic medicine for my emotional instability. Get home and have supper and read before I finally get to bed. Have fun with life.

What has happened?
So here I am at my best friends place stuck until Mom and Dad find a place for us to live near Victoria.
In the mean time I am reading the Twilight Series, biking, walking and watching movies while I wait. So What has happened? Well I was Biking with Isaiah and I just go asked out, but because I have no reason to date so young if it is not going to be serious and my mom and dad wouldn't be very happy if I said yes, I said no. First time for me so it is a little scary. Hope it passes.

What am I going to do?
Here I am, at Grandma's condo with 77% of my family and a thick book full of Jane Austens books and not much to do. I'm missing being on the move, having room to roam and I'm missing my best friend on the island. Yesterday we went to the beach and had fun log riding and then we came home and the kids go swimming while dad and I walk to the grocery store and pick up supper. Come home watch, stealth riders, have supper, watch more TV, do some stuff in the living room (TV is in Family room), and then watch Stargate SG-1 before going to bed. I can hardly wait for us to leave Vancouver area and get to a place where we can just run and play outside.

The Shack
For three days I have been reading The Shack. A book I have wanted to read for three years. After reading it it has given me a new perspective of how God acts, works, what he/she looks like, and why we don't always see God work the way we think God should act. So, why do we always judge people and think we are oh so perfect? Why do we hide in our little fortress of lies and think we are safe with a monster ready to turn on us? Why are we stuck an image of God as an grandfather image or as always strikingly handsome? Why do we just suppose that Jesus was a Christian and not think? Why is there such a problem with Papa appearing as a tall African-American woman? Don't we say that God is neither male nor female? So many questions to ask and to get answered and not enough time or space but, like with Mackenzie, lots of it just comes down to love.

Fun Day
I had a totally awesome day today. My Dad and I were on our way to the deconstruction yard in Coombs. We took the back road so we came out near the Whisky Creek Gas & CO-OP. We stopped for ice cream which was really very good. We made it to the deconstructing yard and Dad taught me some about how to pick out studs and other pieces. I find the deconstructing yard to be quite a fun place to be. I wonder if I'll be going back soon.

Tuesday Horse fun
Tuesdays I am generally out with Patsy and OD. The horse fun today was mucking out the paddock, grooming and playing games with them that help them know that they are not in charge. Rauchelle is generally there supervising but she was at work today so, my best friend, Annalee and I were out grooming them and then we played some games. It was tons of fun. After work was done we watched a really good movie called Joshua. Beef stew and mashed potatoes with the best boiled beets ever basically finished the day.
